Our Mission and Vision
Our mission is to create a unified voice by and for patient engagement industry professionals, while driving meaningful change, and fostering better-performing within the life sciences for-profit sector by co-designing life sciences health strategies and products for patients WITH patients.
A future where patient engagement is woven into the fabric of the life sciences industry, and driven by empowered professionals as a united global biopharma community for delivering groundbreaking, patient-centered innovations.
How We Started
During the Patient Engagement Open Forum, professionals from across industry voiced the same need:
“We need a space where we can build this function—together.”
PEPS began as a 90+ member informal network and quickly became a trusted hub for patient engagement to align, skill-build, and collaborate across companies.
We’ve hosted 20+ peer-led virtual sessions on high-value topics like ESG, PE metrics, and regulatory shifts — with real-world application in mind.
Today, PEPS is evolving into a formal professional society, with a growing member base, a strategic program, and a clear ambition:
